My name is Jessica Risner, I am excited to say this is my first year here at Magnolia Junior High and I could not be happier!!! This is my seventh year in education and over that time I have taught physics, coached cross country and track, spent two years in elementary teaching math, science and social studies, and 7th and 8th grade science. Science has always been my passion as I have received my degree from Texas A&M University in Molecular and Experimental Science Nutrition. This is my hometown as I graduated from Magnolia High School in 2006. After marrying my husband we moved back to magnolia to raise our family. I have been married for 6 years now and have a very energetic 4 year old. He will be starting pre-k at Nichols Sawmill Elementary and he is so excited to be there.I love spending time with friends and family, my Pomeranian, valentine, and getting outdoors as much as possible and even enjoying an Aggie game when I can.
