Fundraiser Popcorn Pick-Up Information

Students who have 12 or fewer bags to pick up will receive those items during the last two periods of Wednesday to take home with them on the bus or in the car-rider line as usual.

Students who have 13 or more bags to take home are strongly encouraged to have their parents help pick-up their items between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Friday, May 21 or 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Monday, May 25. Considering the size and value of these bags, sending students home by themselves with this many items can pose both logistical and safety issues.

The details for the fundraiser pick-up on Friday and Monday are below:

10:00 a.m. - 12:45 p.m.  Parents will park in the front of the school, check-in at reception and indicate that they are there to pick-up fundraising items. Those items will then be retrieved and delivered to the front.

12:45 - 2:00 p.m.  Items will be picked up at the woodshop in the back of the school. Parents will use the faculty and bus driveway and follow the cones around the back parking lot to the shop’s large garage doors. Parents may stay in their vehicle while their items are retrieved and then will exit (see the diagram below).  All fundraiser traffic will be stopped from entering at 2 p.m. so that buses can enter and prepare for dismissal.

3:00 - 4:00 p.m. (Monday ONLY) Parents can resume picking up items in the back until 4:00 p.m.
